Terms of service

The deal, in plain language

What ContextScore is. An automated audit of a help center's public content. We crawl the pages an AI crawler can already reach, test them with realistic questions, and score the result. A report describes what we observed on the scan date — it is a snapshot, not a guarantee of completeness, and content can change the moment after we read it.

The full report — US$49. One paid purchase unlocks the full report for one scanned site: every tested question, both sides of every contradiction, and all issues with evidence. It includes one free re-scan of the same site within 30 days to verify fixes.

Immediate delivery & your right to cancel. The full report is digital content delivered to you immediately on payment. By purchasing you expressly consent to that immediate delivery and acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once delivery has begun.

Refunds. Because the report is delivered at once, purchases are generally non-refundable. If something went wrong — a broken or clearly defective report — send a refund request and we'll put it right or refund it at our discretion.

Acceptable use. Only request scans of sites that are public and that you are authorized to assess. Don't use ContextScore to probe sites you don't own or have permission to test, and don't try to overload, reverse-engineer, or break the service.

No warranty; liability cap. The service and reports are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the scan in question. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.
